Our 2019 Syrah shows a full spectrum of flavors from dark berries and plum, to blackberry jam, with subtle hints of warm oak and coffee. Soft, luscious palate-coating fruit, along with toasted oak layers, are balanced by a moderate acidity and bold tannins.
Aromas of candied cranberries, vanilla, oatmeal cookies and brandy soaked raisin. Flavors of Santa Rosa Plum and Red Hot Cinnamon candy. Silky soft tannins followed by a lingering full bodied finish.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon begins with black currant aromas mingling with notes of cedar, mint, licorice, and graphite. Smooth, supple tannins lead you to a lingering finish.
Aromas of under ripeped raspberry, vanilla and plum. Complimented by flavors of freshly cracked white pepper and clove. Mild tannins. Soft acidity. A blend of Sangiovese and Barbera.
Aromas of black cherry, date and raspberry. Flavors of oak, tart unripened cherry and bell pepper; bright acidity on the mid-palate; followed by a peppery finish.
Aromas of ripe plum, fig, mint and blackberry compote. Medium body; flavors of bright raspberry on the entry and dried prune. Silky soft tannins; barrel selected.
Aromas of black currant, leather and black cherry. Flavors of dark red fruit, mulberry and tart unripened blackberry; bold acidity on the mid-palate; followed by a peppery finish.
