Aromas of black currant, leather and black cherry. Flavors of dark red fruit, mulberry and tart unripened blackberry; bold acidity on the mid-palate; followed by a peppery finish.
Aromas of nutty, buttered toast, peanut brittle and cream of wheat. A smooth buttery entry follows with ripe granny smith apple and sourdough. Rich in mid pallet and finish with ginger spice.
Bright aromas of white peach, banana taffy; bartlett pear and macadamia. Flavors of crisp ripe pear and underripe kiwi complimented by honey and lime sorbet on the finish.
