Names on Account: Wine club membership allows for 2 members at the time of enrollment. No changes to the original names on the enrollment card will be accepted.
Please Note: Wine Club memberships are non-transferable and only apply to the two individuals that are listed on the member account. Members must be present to receive any benefits or discounts. A married couple is considerred a single membership, spouses are intitled to all benefits and discounts. Discounts are not redeemable by any other family members, household members or friends.
Wine Club Changes: When switching over a wine club a new enrollment card must be completed with updated information and sign-up wines must be purchased.
Wine Club Refunds: Once the card on file has been charged, no refunds will be extended.
Reserved Tasting: For all groups of 6 or more, we require reservations. Complimentary for 1 Wine Club member & 1 guest (total of 2 people); additional guests are charged $10.00 per person, pre-paid at the time the reservation is scheduled. Reserved tastings include an hour time to arrive and complete your tasting, a reserved tasting list consisting of 7 wine varietals, and a $5.00 tasting credit per person with a purchase of at least one bottle.
Wine Club Release: Please remember we will automatically charge the wine club selections to the credit card you have on file with us, at the end of the month prior to the Wine Club selection release. If you opted for shipping, fees will be charged at the time of processing. A person over the age of 21 years must be able to sign for the wine upon delivery. We encourage Will Call club members to pick up wine at the winery on a regular basis. Villa Toscano and Bella Piazza reserve the right to change selections on wine unclaimed after one year.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel at any time after they receive their second consecutive release. If a member cancels prior to their second release, any previous discounts received will be reversed and charged to the card on file. Upon cancellation all activities, benefits, discounts and wine clubs will be discontinued immediately. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via e-mail) at least two weeks prior to the date charged or any cancellations done in person, a cancellation form must be filled out. Cancellations will not be processed or binding unless submitted via email or the cancellation form has been completed and signed. Please note, the Wine Club subscription will continue until the member cancellation is received.
Decline Policy: Membership discounts or benefits will not be extended if an account is not current on all wine club releases. If a member’s card is declined more than 3 times, the membership will automatically be canceled until a payment of the unprocessed shipment(s) is received and all the membership information is updated.
Layaway Wine: Members may purchase wine from either winery to be held at Villa Toscano for up to two weeks from the date of purchase. After the two-week period, the card on file will be charged for additional shipping costs, as the order will be shipped to the address we have on file.
Returned Wine Shipments: When a wine club shipment is returned to Villa Toscano, we can re-ship the wine for an additional shipping fee (price depending on location).
Returns: We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the corked or flawed wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine plus shipping and handling. Wine that was ordered in error will not be refunded the shipping cost. Please contact the office at (209) 245-3800 for return instructions. These policies are good for 6 months after the purchase date.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
