Our Cabernet Sauvignon begins with black currant aromas mingling with notes of cedar, mint, licorice, and graphite. Smooth, supple tannins lead you to a lingering finish.
Dominant aromas with an emphasis of peach and apricot with slight vanilla undertones. Soft and crisp flavors of stone fruits such as; white peach and nectarine with a distinctive gravensteine apple finish.
Tart cherry and plum flavors with soft, natural acidity and round tannins. Aromatic bouquets of toasted vanilla, nutmeg, and hints of violet and lavender.
Aromas of ripe plum, fig, mint and blackberry compote. Medium body; flavors of raspberry on the entry and dried prune. Silky soft tannins; barrel selected.
Aromas of dried rose, green olive, raspberry, apricots and violet. Flavors of clove, ripe cherry. Medium tannins. Hints of roasted coffee bean and cherry pie. Smooth finish.
