It grows in the Shenandoah Valley Jakes vineyard located on a mountain side. Is a big spicy and a very serious Zinfandel. Nice and dry, with a soft but chewy tannins and a creamy long lasting finish. It goes well with a big hearty beef such as ribs and steak beef stews, lamb and very spicy red pasta dishes, and also with sweet spot white chocolate truffles.
